BREADED CHICKEN
Cooking raw chicken is something a lot of people fear. However, it is something that is not as hard as it seems. First you are going to put your breadcrumbs on a plate or tray. I used glass dishes because they have high edges to avoid crumbs everywhere. A plate will have the same outcome but with more mess.
After seasoning your breadcrumbs you then make an egg mixture. Some people add milk in this step but I chose to exclude it. With your raw chicken you start with the egg mixture then coat in the breadcrumbs and then place on a baking sheet.
For cooking, I bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then flip. An additional 15 minutes, then broil for 10-15 minutes to get the breading to look golden and crunchy.
