GUACAMOLE

One of my favorite things about going out to my local mexican restaurant is when my family orders the table side guacamole. I always enjoy it and wished it was something I knew how to make and enjoy at home. â€‹

With this new journey, I stopped wishing and went to the grocery store to get ingredients. I learned how to tell if an avocado is ready to eat and learned how to say "molcajete." Although I used a bowl, I 

wished I had all of the supplies to make guacamole as authentic as possible.

This recipe was a lot of fun, I got to learn a lot about avocados and look forward to using them more in my home cooked meals moving forward!
