MEDITERRANEAN INSPIRED SALAD

This Mediterranean Inspired Salad is something that I made today for lunch that happened to be a perfect combination of ingredients from my fridge.

This salad had, arugula, tomatoes, pita bread, tzatziki, olives  and chicken. I wish I had those little pickled red onions to add to this salad but they will have to wait until next trip to the grocery store.
