CHICKEN WINGS

As I continue to enjoy my summer hobby of grilling, my next recipe is chicken wings. This version seems to be an easy way to follow along and begin to learn how to create the perfect party hosting chicken wings.
To start, you season the raw chicken wings. I chose to buy the "party pack" from my grocery store. This pack had a variety of different cuts. I added salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne powder. I added some olive oil to help the seasoning stick to the chicken.
Then I placed my wings on a tray and then on the grill. Flipping the chicken every 10 minutes to keep them cooking evenly. It only took me about 30 minutes for my wings to be fully cooked. Then I added my sauces and mixed it around to get an even coating on the chicken and served.
